ABOUT US
Since it's incorporation in 1969, University Court's mission has been to provide safe and affordable housing for the residents of the great city of Newark. University Court, Inc. is run by a 7 member Board of Directors all of which are residents in the coop and have a deep rooted interest in the well being of all the Shareholders.
We emerged in the aftermath of the Newark Riots, to give our Shareholders a sense of ownership and pride in their community.University Court, Inc. has been able to offer the lowest carrying charges in the area all while maintaining our Non- Profit Status.
